The software in this directory, the FITS Table Browser, was specifically written
to enable the IBM PC user to access FITS Table extension data. It will also 
run on a number of other platforms. For Unix platforms, extract the 
files from the TAR file, for MS-DOS users, use the ZIP or self-extracting 
EXE file. More details on the installation can be found in the guide.doc file.
