The Asteroids II Machine-Readable Database was delivered to the ADC on floppy
diskette.  On Disc 1, an introduction to the database is given in file
INTRO.DAT, on Disc 2 the introduction is in table Aster_Intro in file
ASTEROID.FIT.  The introduction lists the names of the other files in the
database.  Because of the addition of FITS table headers on Disc 1, and the
file naming conventions adopted for the CD-ROM, some of the names have been
changed, however the introduction was left intact as delivered.
