MAA proudly announces the first MAA mirror at www.maa.agleia.de.
As agleia is closely connected to MAA, the Messier pages mirrored
from www.seds.org are moving completely over to agleia but now as
a full mirror (agleia has much more disk space available). A
redirect has been set accordingly.
MAA@lrz.uni-muenchen.de is now shut off.
ATTENTION: All MAA mail addresses are going to move to agleia.de.
As the archive is heavily suffering from spam, MAA decided to
direct all mail transfer to the spam filtered domain of agleia.
MAA@lrz.uni-muenchen.de will be closed by end of 11/2002. The
archive itself remains of course fully functional.

My apologies to all people for the stagnating contents of the archive. I had
been away of Munich for the last seven month (due to my profession). During
this time I could only connect from time to time to the archive. So many
emails and alot of updates lay around undone. Again my apologies.
Updates and error corrections are now on the way but it can take some time
to clean up everything.
